Unhappy Tenant
March 11, 2019I have lived in this building for a few years now and I can concur that this building has a severe roach problem. Within a month of moving in, I discovered roaches in my bathroom. The old apt mgr scheduled an exterminator and I hadn't seen them until about a year later or so later. These are the large American cockroaches and they are increasing every year. They seem to live in the walls and in the piping. I have requested an exterminator several times and the manager ignores my request. ...Also, their repairmen do terrible jobs and often have to come back several times to complete the repair, correctly. Don't be fooled
June 7, 2017We have been asking for new windows for 3 years now. The windows are falling apart, air comes in through the cracks, etc. Instead they re painted the building recently and made the building look like it has new windows and it's been updated. DONT BE FOOLED. They jus painted what looks like to be new windows but they did not replace ANYTHING, just a paint job. Building is falling apart.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2017If I had the money I would leave this place quick fast and in a hurry. Water leaks on roof since 2016 with NO repairs made. The past previous rains multiple tenants have had severe water damage and they refuse to do a mold inspection. The common areas are filthy, the parking is completely unfair.Review from Apartments.com

September 10, 2015I have lived here twenty years. The units are large and the location is central to everything. However the management company is not very good about taking care of problems. They try. They just don't seem to have the expertise. My roof has leaked for six years. Every year they try to repair it and they fail. Now there's a stain on the ceiling which means that when it rains there's going to be a problem. At the beginning of summer the pool was so dirty that the Health Department had ...to be called to close it down (which they did) before the building took action. We also have roaches. Really bad and for months. Again the management company is very slow to solve the problem. Often trash is not picked up on schedule. The common area are disgusting. One of the people who lives here has taken over the planters, because the building just left them filled with only dirt, or we would have no greenery inside the building. Do yourself a favor. Lived here a Long time
September 1, 2015We have lived here over 20 years. There are cockroaches in many apartments. In ours they have not been able to get of the bugs because they have not sprayed the building in a long time. They were crawling under our bed. In our Fridge, the living room the bathroom etc. They are slow to fix major things like a leak in the roof in my bedroom which is still not fixed when it rains. If you like what you just read move in. If I had the dollars to move out this roach trap I would.Review from Apartments.com
