I love my little place. I've been in this building longer than any other tenant-about 15 years. In all that time,my rent has been raised just couple of times. My landlords, Amy and Ben are just good folks. for example: We went through a time when the water heater was causing the entire building a lot of grief. Days of on and off hot water. When it was finally fixed after a week or two, all of us tenants got an email saying: 'Thanks for your patience. Please take $75.00 dollars off of ...

this month's rent for the inconvenience'. Their kindness and consideration makes me feel like I'm at home, not just a nameless tenant.
