Great value for the first year
April 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI Have lived here for over a year now, the first year with the promotional rate they gave me it was a great value ! After the promotional rate ended my rent went up drastically which made it not such a good value anymore. Overall its a good place with a good location, close to the lake and Bart, that's the reason I stayed. Being close to Jack London square, SF riding the ferry to the Giants games is top tier. It's very cool living here, I am definitely where I am supposed to be and I thank God everyday for this opportunity.

September 27, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThere is a lot to like .The staff is friendly, my neighbors are nice, I really like my floor plan, great for the money in the Bay area. I would, however, like a map of the inside of the building. I don't remember where the compost is and don't know where to get my mail. Is the storage room with all the packages the same as the mail room? Where is the mail room? Where do I pick up my mail that isn't packages?
