Great value for the first year

I Have lived here for over a year now, the first year with the promotional rate they gave me it was a great value ! After the promotional rate ended my rent went up drastically which made it not such a good value anymore. Overall its a good place with a good location, close to the lake and Bart, that's the reason I stayed. I haven't had any issues with anyone or anything while here so overall my experience has been good I would recommend. only thing I will warn is that after the promotional ...
first year rent ends expect a hefty rent increase and they will not work to negotiate with you at all.

This is a great place to live; Its close to everything, my office, gym, the lake etc. There are so many community events that happen. Being close to Jack London square, SF riding the ferry to the Giants games is top tier. It's very cool living here, I am definitely where I am supposed to be and I thank God everyday for this opportunity.

I love the staff - managers and maintenance crew. They are very helpful and kind. My first year here has been peaceful, and fun. The resident gatherings have been very enjoyable. I find that there are some pleasant folks living here.

I have had a great experience living at 19th and harrison, the other tenants are really nice. I have had good luck contacting the leasing office for assistance when needed. The one downside is the cost of parking and the limited availability of spots

JK is a true professional. After my initial tour, I fell in love with the idea of living in a down town luxury apartment building. JK facilitated the process which was seamless. I can't wait until I'm fully moved in. So far my experience has been excellent & I would highly recommend 19th & Harrison to all my family & friends.

I moved here from San Diego. When I got here all I heard were all these horror stories about the surrounding areas. I have been blessed to not have had those experiences, which makes me feel safe here. I appreciate the design of the building where random people cannot enter at their leisure.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago and love my apartment, the apartment complex and its amenities, and the property management staff. The interiors are beautiful, vibrant, and artsy. The property is clean and feels safe and secure. I also very much appreciate the professionalism of the Jas. From the time when I toured the building (twice) to the application process, move in, and to date, she has been very responsive, helpful, caring, and ensures all my questions and concerns are addressed.

So far so good. I really love living here- quiet, peaceful, and clean. What more could you ask for? The only thing is that sewage is a bit expensive!

There is a lot to like .The staff is friendly, my neighbors are nice, I really like my floor plan, great for the money in the Bay area. I would, however, like a map of the inside of the building. I don't remember where the compost is and don't know where to get my mail. Is the storage room with all the packages the same as the mail room? Where is the mail room? Where do I pick up my mail that isn't packages? I just need to see a map of the building so I can find things.
