Great value for the first year
April 3, 2025I Have lived here for over a year now, the first year with the promotional rate they gave me it was a great value ! After the promotional rate ended my rent went up drastically which made it not such a good value anymore. Overall its a good place with a good location, close to the lake and Bart, that's the reason I stayed. I haven't had any issues with anyone or anything while here so overall my experience has been good I would recommend. only thing I will warn is that after the promotional ...first year rent ends expect a hefty rent increase and they will not work to negotiate with you at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 31, 2024This is a great place to live; Its close to everything, my office, gym, the lake etc. There are so many community events that happen. Being close to Jack London square, SF riding the ferry to the Giants games is top tier. October 23, 2024JK is a true professional. After my initial tour, I fell in love with the idea of living in a down town luxury apartment building. JK facilitated the process which was seamless. October 20, 2024I moved here from San Diego. When I got here all I heard were all these horror stories about the surrounding areas. I have been blessed to not have had those experiences, which makes me feel safe here. October 13, 2024I moved in a couple of weeks ago and love my apartment, the apartment complex and its amenities, and the property management staff. The interiors are beautiful, vibrant, and artsy. The property is clean and feels safe and secure. I also very much appreciate the professionalism of the Jas. September 27, 2024There is a lot to like .The staff is friendly, my neighbors are nice, I really like my floor plan, great for the money in the Bay area. I would, however, like a map of the inside of the building. I don't remember where the compost is and don't know where to get my mail. Is the storage room with all the packages the same as the mail room? Where is the mail room? Where do I pick up my mail that isn't packages?
