DON'T BOTHER!!!

This place is totally horrible!!! I moved in a few years ago and pretty much every night, my next door neighbor would come out after midnight and smack the railing by our windows which would make a loud echoing noise. Then they'd go back inside and make even more noise by hitting their walls, especially in the bedroom, making sorts of racket; it seems like they don't sleep at all! Ever since Pacific Gateway took over, all they really they did was try to make it look nice by renovating the ...

front yard to make it different from the sister building,1525 Schiller. This place is constantly dirty, so much trash and debris lying around and neglected by management! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE!
