Decent place to live in center city.

I lived at 1600 Walnut from 2017-2020. I loved the location of the apartment and the gym in the basement. My only complaint is that the building has a roach problem. I would find one or two giant roaches in my apartment every year that I lived there. Management always respond quickly with sending an exterminator, but yuck.
