If the predawn screaming rants, fireworks and drag races that occur randomly every night on Appian Way don’t ruin your stay, management will put finishing touches on it by entering yr unit unannounced to disable your bathroom for repair that lasts days. No options given to us for an alternative. At times it felt as if they went out of their way to make everything worse. The bicycle that was offered had to flat tires and was unusable. The building is in a beautiful choice location across the water and the Pier.
The manager is on call 24/7
All issues are dealt with in real time
If an urgent repair is needed it is done immediately with notice to tenant
The tenant was offered to move to another unit but refused
We do not offer bikes
There is also on site parking.
