There are 2 perks that accompany this apartment. 1. Location. Location. Location. 2. My neighbors. Outsode of that, the building is in terrible shape. Took them 3 weeks to fix my a/c in the Texas summer and I have a 3 year old. My floors are painted concrete that won't stay so chunks of paint get stuck to my feet. I inquired as to whwn we could possibly remedy it - I was told to buy more rugs. My shower fills up with water. Lucky if the toilet flushes. And it is totally over priced. Total ...

nightmare.
