very first day. Was generally unkind and disrespectful. Apartment did not get above 66° during the month of January, even with radiator open. The location is convenient, but the parking is challenging and the cons far outweigh the pros. Do not move in here unless you have no other choice.

Forget that you need clean clothes or that accidents may occur because when you ask him for coins he will act like you’re inconveniencing him and make comments like “Did I not just give you coins last week?”. One time I was going on 8 days of waiting for laundry tokens and eventually had no choice but to go to the laundromat. The laundry set up in general sucks. Two washers and one dryer, one washer was broken for nearly half of my time living here. The apartment is SMALL and lacks character. Overpriced and under-managed. I was charged $125 for a “stove cleaning” upon moving out AS IF the stove was even clean when I moved in. Upon moving in, the drains were full of hair and bobby pins from the previous tenant. The lease outlines that drain cleaning is the tenant responsibility- spent hundreds on a plumber to unclog both the kitchen and the bath tub drain. Literally live anywhere else but here.
