I just toured this property and I really liked it. Their apartments are bigger, brighter and nicer than others I've seen. There's a sitting area where you can sit and read a book or just relax. Just waiting to hear back if my application was approved. Fingers crossed.

The managers are absolutely horrible. They have kids that do not respect the property and skateboard all hours in the day even though it says its not allowed on the contract. They are extremely rude and have their whole family living in multiple units, they do whatever they want and give them special treatment. The building is dirty, the washer and dryers are dirty and just very poor managed. I could go on and on! Do yourself a favor and do not rent here.

This place. The manager doesn't clean the parking nor indoors where there is to sit and relax. A while ago the bottom dryer didnt work and my clothes was soak and wet. And didn't fix it weeks. There are 3 kids bringing friends and noises etc go to the park and hang out! They don't respect people living their and just want to eat money our checks and that's it. Finally out of there. Don't live this junk.

I wish it had 0 star but anyway. The manager's doesn't clean, the laundry is dirty they don't clean even once a week probably 3 months later! People who lived their is nice some say hi or hello or goodmorning depending the day, but the manager's nothing even their kids are like them nothing not even hello.. but at least not there anymore

I remember living their and it's dirty the managers don't clean and 1 thing I didn't like is when ever they work in rooms to be fix living first or second or sides they don't remind you that gonna work makes much noise thank God I left
