Nice place, but property manager sucks
September 2, 2018The units are nice and the complex is quiet, but the biggest headache is dealing with the property manager. She will text you all hours of the night barking orders. She's rude and very nosy. Secondly, she has made it almost impossible to pay the rent. There's no online option, they no longer check the Dropbox at the complex, don't take checks and now only accept certain types of money orders. If you don't mind being talked to and treated like a prisoner, then this place is for you.Review from Apartments.com
I got 99 problems and my home ain't 1
August 9, 2015Kim Watt Townhomes is located in the perfect spot. It is convenient to downtown Knoxville, UT, Bearden, Clinton Hwy, and the interstate. It's in the middle of everything. It is off the main road and very quiet. My only issue is the hilly terrain when it ices, but hey it's Knoxville and that only happens a few days each year, maybe. The complex is pet friendly and the townhouses are spacious with wooden decks out back. There is a huge pantry although you must provide your own shelving. We bought ...a large utility shelf at Home Depot that works great and allows for stockpiling. Washer/dryer connections are in laundry closet located in the dining area. All of the units have two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. The configuration of the 1/2 bath leaves a lot of awkward space behind the toilet as it is under the stairs. If you can reach it, it provides good storage. The larger bedroom has two closets and the room itself is very large. We fit a queen size bed, three dressers, an end of the bed chest, and chair. And there is still room between the bed and dresser for me to do yoga (I'm 4'11).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
