Poor apartment complex

Upon moving in our first day April 15th, the backdoor's glass was shattered, there was no A/C, there were bugs on the floor crawling around and the bearing on the floor in the front facing bedroom was unfinished. To top it off, this area is unsafe as me and my boyfriend and his father were robbed at gunpoint in front of our new apartment the NIGHT OF. No camera on any of the new buildings for the investigation. Do not move here, you aren't safe and it is simply unfinished.

On April 15th, me, my boyfriend and his dad were to move into this location (1971 Bay Dr) and the DAY OF we get ran up on by 3 men with guns and they took my purse, my boyfriends wallet, and his dads phone and wallet. We moved out the same day. DO NOT LIVE HERE- it is unsafe and too close to the hoods. You are not safe here at night. This happened at 11:20.pm. ALSO- when we got there- nothing was finished, the glass on the door was cracked, there were bugs on the floor, and the window was cracked ...

and there were no floor bearings in one bedroom. Absolutely did not live up to my expectations.
