HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
September 6, 2018These apartments are beautiful but the management is AWFUL. Front desk employees couldn’t be nicer but upper management & Head leasing agent are horrible. Expect hidden fees, false promises and not receiving full money back on sercurity deposits. The upper management is so bad it doesn’t make the apartments worth it. Grand Rapids has a ton of other beautiful apartments with GREAT leasing agents. The head management will charge you so many fees that shouldn’t be allowed. Golf simulator IS NOT ...FREE. $25/hour. Grills aren’t open in the winter/bonfire pits aren’t open in the winter. It’s free at the Brix Apartments off Michigan. They’ll make up a lie and say your apartment was dirty after move out so take pictures as proof so you can get your money back. Check each months charges to see the hidden fees. Not worth it.
