I have just arrived at the unit, and the condition is unacceptable. It is completely unlivable due to poor airflow, no air conditioning, and a window that cannot open. I informed Luke that I suffer from severe, uncontrolled asthma. The indoor environment is unbearable; it is extremely hot, and the toilet lacks a flush button and there is no safety lock. damage.The bedroom has no ventilation, making it impossible for me to stay even one night. Mold is visible on the ceiling and window, and there is obvious mold in the kitchen as well, likely caused by a severe leak. The garbage is open air. The wall under counter. There is no light in the living room.curten is one hundred years old. The smell of chemicals and rot is overwhelming. There are many homeless and I just discover there is a homeless shelter also here
The indoor garage is in terrible condition.I am now staying in a hotel, which is an extra expense, I did request to break up the lease but no answer. I did not see the unit in person only saw it firfew second via phone and everything they said was lie. I cannot stay here. I trusted the information provided, but it’s clear the building is very old and does not meet basic living standards. I am experiencing severe discomfort and struggle to breathe despite medication.
