Pls understand you can hear LITERALLY every single step, slight movement, everything from the people above you. The landlord only sends a grave man 1 every two weeks and trash is left outside everywhere. It’s horrible. When you talk to the neighbors they don’t care they are still loud and inconsiderate, two units doors are so close to each other they hit you on their way out or block your entrance/exit.. fire hazard. Just a horrible place to live.
