222 Essex St. Lawrence ma is not a good place to live in the building has to many problems it is not in a good condition very unsafe very disgusting hallway apartment are not in good shape laundry room is very dirty and there's alot of mouse and case of bedbugs for years no parking for tenants and the landlord is not taking care of the tenants well. Repairs in tenants apartment take forever to get done walls and ceilings leaks in the building tenants has given complain about issues in their ...

apartments and has not been taken care of fire alarm always rings in the building do to the big plumbing issue coming from the business downstairs from building and rent is to much for the way this building is. The building should be inspected by law is a very unhealthy lifestyle please don't rent apartment here for the love of your health and especially if you have kids is not a very safe place. Don't believe my review please feel free to take a tour and check the place out for yourself.
