Great place, peaceful building. So if you're planning to rent and are noisy and disrespectful, look elsewhere. You will not be welcomed.
Great neighborhood - nice units

Have lived in this building for years. Finally a problem tenant in other unit was evicted. Recently owners painted whole building and upgraded landscaping. Happy to live here.

Not a good place to live. The owners never fix anything and it’s been roach infested in every unit for years and they refuse to fix anything .
