beautiful apartment, great location, beware of landlord

i used to rent this apartment from a delightful older lady who sadly had to sell the place when her husband passed. the new landlord seemed great at first but quickly proved to be totally inept. she couldn’t fix anything in the house and refused to allow anyone but her friends uncle to be hired to “fix problems” that never actually got fixed. she was the worst communicator and would even just show up unannounced. we ended up moving out after a string of incidents that pushed us over the edge. ...

lastly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY make sure to google her name and read up on the supreme court case the landlord and her family where sued by their former tenant. scary stuff.
