Best place to live
January 20, 2019There have been a lot of police calls made by tenants , brake in the apartments strangers entering the basement that don't live there .and the building has rodent problems some serious lice and bed bug issues. Utilities and water service has been shut for none payment . They have contracted services from SNOW removal and grass services and they have bounce checks on them or after service they refuse to pay them. Tenants that left in good standing they don't want to refund there security back ....or they Will issue a check without funds . There's a lot of turn around at their office every employee is a independent contractor they don't get medical insurance or sick leave or over time. some maintenance employees haven entered in tenants apartment with out no one's permission when they know no one's in there .the trash is all over the place there's drug activity in and around the building owners have been doing this for a very long time to many people and employees read the reviews on line it's been going on year'sRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
