I've lived in my apartment for 2 1/2 years. The price is reasonable. The management is the best i have ever dealt with. More improvements to the apartment could be made. Add electrical outlets in the kitchen. I have to run an extension cord from my living room to my kitchen to run my microwave and toaster.
The seals in the doors and windows could be upgraded. Heat in the winter is expensive. It all escapes out the cracks. But over all its a cute cozy nice little apartment. Its older and has its ...
quirks but not much to complain about!
