A good set up for three roommates
October 8, 2015The building faces a middle school which provides a beautiful view (think the Harry Potter campus), ton of sunlight, and generally a quiet environment at night. My apartment was renovated to turn a two bedroom apartment into a three bedroom unit- the living room was partitioned to make a smaller (still a decently sized room). The largest room has a walk-in closet and ton of space for a bed, dresser, desk, and more. The super doesn't live in the building but he is very attentive and always ...available/responsible. The management company is sort of a mess due to high employee turnover. We had issues with lease renewal languages and delays because no one in the office was willing to own responsibilities. Other units in the building have been renovated to include washer and more bathrooms as old tenants move out. A handful of old timer neighbors are to stay, but more and more students and young professionals are moving into the building as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
