Do not move here!!! I’ve had roaches since I moved in they’re literally on my move in sheet, I was told it was just because the unit was vacant, the problem never changed! I don’t even have food in my apt anymore, they’re everywhere specially in the bathroom!
It’s a horrible area now, the 24/7 convenience store is loud until 2 am and has homeless people all over. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside, even a neighboor’s conversation, there’s also no privacy between ...
the balconies unless you have a corner unit like mine.
A stranger tried to break into my door screaming and banging for whoever lived in the unit before me, they did call the police and trespass him but he has been back twice since.
The elevator is small, old, and one is always broken, the gym isn’t a gym, laundry machines will ruin your clothes.

For pest control, we have a contractor come out weekly to take care of each level of our building. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of neighboring residents when it comes to the thoroughness of the service. In-unit sprays are optional, but rest assured that all exterior, hallways, and common areas are addressed each time.
