I have lived in my apartment for almost two years now. The first day I came here and walked through the front door I loved it! It's a private owner, very few tenants, quite and good neighbors. There is a washer and dryer onsite, which is so convenient. And with so little few tenants it's never a problem to get laundry done, and I'm able to wash at any time of the day or night. river that has trails, which take you to a private beach area and nature setting all around you! This place has been perfect for me and my daughter! She says it's the nicest and biggest apartment we have ever stayed in. The rooms are huge, the floors are tile and hard wood, which keeps it nice and cool inside always! And during the evening there's always a beautiful view of the sunset from my balcony!! Truly a great place to live, my favorite so far.
