to whom it may concern im a visitor at 232 west 120th street, the worst building in harlem no human should have to live in this mess. the building is filthy and nothing but rats and mice the outside is the wosrt the best is the home for the rats that will soon bee living rent free in the tenats apartments all of the apartments need renovations its just a horrible site to see and to live in
