The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the property itself. I lived in this apartment for a year and I really wish I could've stayed longer with some changes. The place itself is wonderful. Stays cool in the summer, warm in the winter without having to mess with the air/heat much. The location was extremely close to my work....The property manager, however, was rude, condescending and overall not great to deal with. (My neighbors didn't like him either). When I first moved in, I had ...
to get a company to come professionally clean the carpets because it was disgusting, not sure the last time they replaced the carpets. Upon moving out, they charged me for blinds that I did not break but they said were broken. It was an unpleasant experience for my firs time on my own and I would never rent from these people ever again. The cheap price is NOT WORTH IT!
