This building was built in the 70s, and has not been thought about, since. Some minor renovations have been completed over the years, but core issues like electric heat, outdated windows, and awful appliances remain. Maintenance requests are pushed off to 3rd parties, and are sometimes outright ignored. The price of rent is simply not justified.
