So far so good:) loving all the amenities and the security of the whole building. I dont have to worry about random strangers that dont live there roaming around cause this apartment has tight security making sure that the tenants are safe and sound.

I love the potential of my place. I gave it 5 stars 3 years ago. Now I’m frustrated with the lack of care for some of the amenities that drew me here. The grills at the pool have been down for over a year and we’ve been promised they’d get fixed but it’s never happened. There’s much less communication from the office than previously on important things like changes in trash pickup due to holidays etc. I still love the security of living I this type of building and the handful of shops and ...
restaurants downstairs are nice. I also like the security of the parking garage. Attention to anything that needs fixing is my apt is prompt so that’s a plus.

I have been here for over 2 years now! I love my apartment and have met a lot of really great people. Location is great for convenience to shopping, groceries, food, restaurants, pharmacy, and easy access to beltway. You do hear the highway, but that is only natural and you get to where you don't notice the common traffic unless you are thinking about it! I plan to live here for quite a while! The staff is awesome, maintenance and office, and is a very safe set up as far as the building ...
structure design. With bad weather I feel safe in my apartment for most conditions and for extreme severe the parking garage is interior and reinforced so safest place to be in a really bad storm! Can't ask for more than that in an apartment!

It’s been really nice living here however, the rent is a little expensive. I love the location and the convenience to so many stores and the beltway.
