Poorly Managed
October 30, 2022I was happy to live here for almost 2 years. After the first, they raised my rent $50, and now I have to leave because they’re raising it another $125. Ive had 4 different property managers in my time here. Our front door won’t lock automatically anymore and there’s a man repeatedly lurking in the building to steal packages, sometimes even getting in our basement or waiting out in the yard. Awesome Building - Quiet Street
March 9, 2022I got real lucky here. When I moved up from Memphis in May of 2020 I didn't really know Buffalo and picked this building after researching the area. I didn't know what to expect but the landlord was real helpful with the touring and I liked the size and layout of my apartment. When I moved up, I knew it was the right one. I have worked as a handyman and know good maintenance when I see it. THe building is quiet and I think I picked the best street in Buffalo. September 6, 2021I moved into the building a couple months ago and the apartment is very spacious and nice. The best part for an out of state person is the location, its quite pretty and the street has gorgeously maintained Victorian homes. The building is located close to a lot of restaurants and grocers. They allowed me to move in earlier which made the move much easier and less stressful.Review from Apartments.com

The best part for an out of state person is the location, very pretty area and street has beautifully maintained Victorian homes. The place is close to restaurants and grocer's. Cockroaches
August 8, 2021I currently live here and have lived here for 4 years. The building would be fine if it were not for the cockroach problem that permeates every floor. Many tenants have submitted their complaints to management and all they have done is sprayed roach killer, which we do ourselves.Review from Apartments.com
