TOO MANY PROBLEMS

This building needs new everything. New management is needed and a desperate need for a building renovation is needed. The whole building is infested with rats. They're literally in everything, they don't care about being seen. They come out all times of the day and I was SUPER CLEAN! They were in my drawers, I would come home to rat poop on my bed in my shoes in my kitchen. The stairs are deteriorating, you can see holes to the next floor and I was scared one day they would collapse while people ...

were walking up or down them. If you have an apartment facing the front I feel so bad for you. The amount of noise during the nighttime is crazy especially in the summer! The whole building entrance will be filled with people playing loud music sometimes fighting but they are there everyday until 3-4 in the morning. The super does not care, he lets them do what they want. Him and his wife only care about themselves and their home. They only care about money honestly. Its just sad because the apartments are really nice but the people managing it aren't doing a good job. Such a beautiful building turned ugly.
