The tenants have no disregard for others living in the building. There is no clean-up of the property ever. Tenants leave the gates open, don't lock the parking gate. Cars get broken into. Trash is left everywhere in the common area, including dog poop bags from some tenants. Tenants smoke on the property right outside the building (against the lease). Management does not enforce the lease at all when concerns are brought up. The building is in a high crime area, which would be fine if the safety ...
of the parking and building were followed and enforced. Tenants and the homeless population are loud, even on weeknights. The 2 stars are strictly for the state of the actual apartments, which are in decent condition. I would not recommend living here, though. I've felt unsafe and frustrated more days than feeling content with my living situation.
