Old, decrepit, shady. OLD

Where do I even start? The rusted, 1960s single pane windows? The water pressure that can’t send water halfway across the sink? What about planters and trees that went two years with absolutely zero maintenance? Yes, tenant had to climb up the tree to cut falling branches and seed pods. Let’s not forget the constantly changing management company’s. How about the maximum rent raises for the past 4 years? Oh wait, now water isn’t included and gets split between all the apartments. But don’t ...

worry, I’m sure your 10 units of neighbors won’t use more water than an average person. This place is about 3 different colors of paint 10 layers deep due to cheap maintenance that barely sufficed. The front gate doesn’t close and is rusted. Literally, don’t touch it. It’s a safety hazard. For the amount of rent that I’ve had to increasingly pay without any additional improvement or even standard maintenance, I highly recommend anybody else to stay far away.
