This unit comes across as charming and peaceful but has super thin walls. Unresponsive management, weird rules every 2 minutes, and high rent for nothing. For a laundry room that constantly fails to wash clothes properly ( clothes are soaked coming out) what was once deemed as storage is now not, so many tenants had to move their stuff . In addition, the shared yard is consistently on and off access , which makes no point, as many of us applied here for a back yard . Lots of issues within the ...
apartment. The forced air baseboard contributes to very high electric bills, and the walls are so thin. What was once per friendly is now a " pet fee" thing. It's a nightmare to have lived here and I wasted so much time and money fixing things I shouldn't have to fix . It was loud all of the time with doors slamming and people constantly moving in and out . Not a day went by without workers coming in, being loud and doing everything except fixing the units . My regret was moving in here .
