Problem with break-ins due to Scoot access

The apartment is good - it's recently renovated, in a great location, and has nice light and hardwood floors.
The problem is that due to Scoot being on the premises (an amenity they frequently tout), there is extremely high foot traffic in the garage, and because people share the code, we have had many break-ins into the garage area over the past year. They've broken into storage lockers, we've found people sleeping in the garage inside storage lockers, they've smashed the door into the laundry ...
room, and recently even smashed in the door from the garage that actually accesses the main apartment building. We've repeatedly asked the landlords to do something about it, but to no avail. They value their income from Scoot more than the safety of the residents here, and so I can't recommend this place at all.
