1) They hiked our rent to 9% in 2020, during peak Covid, even after verbally promising the previous year that the average increase would be 2 to 5%. This, when all the neighboring apartment complexes were substantially reducing their rents and giving move-in specials! 2) They advertised move-in specials for new-leases but refused to address our rent hike form the start of Covid. Note, the hike in rent was AFTER existing services like the dustbin chute was sealed-up and after the Hillsdale ...

Caltrain Station was closed for project work (Caltrain was advertised as one of the USPs of this place) 3) They have sham cameras outside, which do not capture anything. 4) The windows don't have shades, so it gets extremely hot from the direct sunlight falling on the huge glass window panes leading to green-house effect 5) Their old gas heater is faulty leading to huge utility bills on top of the already high rental fees for the very meagre living space 6) The place only has a swimming pool which I haven't seen anyone using. For absolutely no other amenities, they will hike your rent up during renewal so you have no option than to move out 7) Culligan Management does not care about it's tenants, Covid or not. They will squeeze every bit of money while reducing the services they provide you. You would do well to stay away from this property and management

I had stayed in Culligans apartment for about a year. On the day I was vacating my apartment I was told to lock the apartment door and leave the keys in the box where rent is dropped. I left all my keys in the box and they charged me stating they did not receive keys. When I moved in the carpets we're about 6-7 years old but they just shampooed it and gave it to me. Upon leaving I had to pay 1- carpet shampoo and cleaning ( agreeable) 2- painting charges 3- key charges- dropped all keys in the ...

mail box!! Not agreeable Total over $460!!!! Be very careful.
