This building is owned and managed by the worst landlords I’ve ever met. Apartments are not taken care of and expect to be lied to and waiting months for repairs to ever be done.

Bedbug hotel

Outdated, poor management, bad smell, doesn't respond to repair requests, bedbug infestation. If you have no other options, I still wouldn't choose to live here.
