  • Too many additional (hidden) charges, rat infested building, bathrooms overflow

    The cost of electricity in this building is too high (upwards of $200 a month in the winter). Moreover, the area just outside the building is rat infested and they always hop around from garbage bag to another. The walk-up nature of this building, along with its high rent and overflowing bathrooms makes it not worthy to live in. Avoid at all costs.
