Poor management. Horrible area

Worst place to live. Apt 2 is right under stairs and u can hear ppl coming up and down all day! U can hear everything upstairs. There is cockroaches everywhere. In the summer the smell of the trash is overbearing. When i moved out i had an inspection completed the guy that went over said it was clean already. When i received my deposit they charged me a ridiculous amount for it not being clean eventhough they had told me it was spotless before i left. Loretta and everyone in the calvo group in ...

unprofessional. There is only one washer and drier for the whole complex and its always dirty. Homeless everywhere. I can go on and on but im just glad im not living there anymore.

There is only one washer and drier and most of the time it is full of dog hairs or smells bad. Parking is horrible! The place is infested with cockroaches. Property manager never responds. When you finally move you get zero to nothing back from your deposit because they claim you left the apartment damaged even though you know those things werent damaged when you left
