The new landlord is hard to reach and he promises to fix things and yet he hasn't done anything, I cannot use my shower due to it being clogged from the upstairs neighbors I can't use my sink in my kitchen because of a leakage due to the upstairs neighbors always trying to fix something. And I had a door screen that need replacing due to it being cold now I cannot turn on my heat because it still be cold inside
