About 41 Long Ave
his is for a 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor! I need someone to take over the apartment as I will be moving away. **THIS MEANS THE ROOM WILL COME EMPTY/UNFURNISHED.** This is on Allston Street and is around a 3 minute walk to the 57/66 bus, a 3 minute walk to the Allston Street T stop (which gets you to BU in 10-15 minutes tops). There's also a lot of places close by - CVS, Dunkin', a lot of little stores, and a bunch of delicious food (Bon Chon chicken and JoJo Taipei's soup dumplings are love). The room is $730 per month, from June 1st to August 31st. Heat and hot water are included, you would be splitting electricity and internet/cable 3 ways. Laundry is down in the basement and takes quarters (though there's also a fantastic laundromat one stop down). Who will be your roommates? - Benjamin, a 35 year-old who grew up on a farm, has gone to Antarctica, has raced again a hurricane, is currently looking to do work in augmented reality... basically a really rad dude. He's super friendly and courteous, and also has been showering me with infinite KIND bars (if you love KIND bars, move here!!). - Victor, a 24 year-old Ukrainian American who loves bright pants, watching movies, going to see the opera, exploring Boston, and cooking. Oh, and Victor can take you on in a drinking match; his magical Ukrainian powers seem to confuse vodka as water, and he'll still be dancing the night away while you go, "I may have made a huge mistake." Both are really cool guys and I'm sorry that I have to move away. Regarding potential future roommates, they don't really care if a guy or a girl moves in, but must be LGBTQ friendly please! If you're interested, I can throw in my bedframe and mattress for an extra $100. Please e-mail me if you're interested in the apartment!
