They tricked tenants last year when I lived there to sign a new lease that removed the owners accountability for snow removal, they assured us nothing had changed. The walls are really old and paper thin, my downstairs neighbor was constantly complaining from me just moving around. The owners won't return phone calls unless legally bound to do so. the spring, summer and fall, I was forced to start using moth balls and pesticides, no bed bugs or roaches, just literally every other bug and the carpet beetles and moths really bad, they crawl up the walls multiple times a day.
