Maintenance comes in unannounced

Maintenance came into my apartment early in the morning the day after christmas, unannounced, while I was asleep and undressed. Tried to call anyone about it but didnt get anyone because it's the day after Christmas and no one is in the office. Even the guy I ended up talking to was just an extension and asked ME if I had any ideas... nice. Now I'm finally in contact with the area manager, Tiffany, and she is doing absolutely nothing about it which tells me that this entire company does not ...

value my safety as a tenant. It is unfortunate that I have recommended people to live in some one legends locations- huge mistake.
