November 9, 2025I moved into 435 Grey Street a little while ago and I’m really pleased. The apartment gets plenty of natural light, and I love the modern balcony space. We're in the SOHO neighborhood, which means it's super easy to get downtown if you need to, and the bus transit is really good right around here. For people who bike, it's also set up well.
