I moved into 435 Grey Street a little while ago and I’m really pleased. The apartment gets plenty of natural light, and I love the modern balcony space. Being so close to downtown makes errands and transit super easy. Also, the fact that it’s a pet-friendly building was a big plus for me.

The biggest plus is definitely the location. We're in the SOHO neighborhood, which means it's super easy to get downtown if you need to, and the bus transit is really good right around here. For people who bike, it's also set up well. The management is amazing!
