Absolute worst place to live in Rochester

Maintenance requests took weeks to fix anything, unkept outdoor and indoor, main doors took turns working (sometimes neither worked), hot water literally didn’t work for weeks at a time (3x in a 2 month span), also they didn’t stay up on thier electric bill. To top it off there were homeless people trying to get in the main doors and windows by fire escape but when we complained, no answer. No answer when a homeless person found their way in our building and slept in the hallway for hours. But ...
don’t worry, if you a few days late on rent there’s always a fee, may not have hot water, security or be able to get in the building, but those billing works!

Bugs
July 15, 2022
First moved in about a year ago, found a few cockroaches within the first few weeks. And while they did handle the problem well the building overall has issues with bugs, now facing bed bugs which has also come from the building as I for one haven't brought in any furniture for months but for two have all new furniture, nothing used that may have brought bed bugs in. Ask about pests before you choose to move in.
