You have to walk across the parking lot to throw out your trash and recycling. - Owners are prioritizing gimmicks like restocking candy dishes and putting purple lights on the outside of the building over addressing high-leverage issues. The moral of this story is you need to keep looking. This building is priced as a luxury building with nothing to show for it but nice countertops. I'd give up the countertops and large shower any day for quality customer service.
