the building have two unit on ground floor with small backyard, washer and dryer. for each two unit they have privet garage. good for storage or a car to park, with addition parking outside the garage. great owner name sol, very good owner that will help you all the time, fast react for any issue or problem.
the building is one floor with two units on floor ground and four on first floor.
very quit street, we are the only building on the street the rest are privet houses,
close by to 170 and 101 ...
freeway, that incredibly helpful.
five big supermarket, gyms, pizzeria,pharmacy, salons and may more around the building. metro station is 7m drive from here.
i love my building just need to get update a little.
the owner let me to replace the unit carpet to hardwood floor when i moved in :).
