This apartment is a great deal! It's an older building, but has plenty of amenities and an affordable rent that make up for it. There's a pool, small courtyard, on site laundry, and central A/C. The building has covered parking and street parking, and is a block away from the 101. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and I've always felt safe hear. My Apartment is not reliable place to live, it's a constant worry of "What's next?" but it's affordable. It is an older building, with plenty of problems.
