10 Reasons why this is the best place to live downtown.
1. You're on the two way section of Penn Ave.
2. The parking garage is adjacent
3. Large units, 777 sq ft one bed room!
4. You're on the same block of some of the newest and best restaurants
5. Market Square with all the restaurants and grocery store is right behind you.
6. The block is one of the cleanest and safest in the city
7. Roof top deck with great furniture and amazing views, plus it's usually empty
8. Small building, 10 floors ...
with a short wait for the two elevators
9. The bike lane is at the end of the block

Two years ago, I had to make an apartment decision from Florida sight unseen and not knowing a thing about Pittsburgh. I actually made my decision based on the staffs' willingness to assist and friendliness (The leasing agent, Angie, is awesome by the way!) but I really lucked out on the actual property! It is by far the best bang for the buck in the Downtown Area. You can't beat the location with a 2-minute walk to the stadiums, Market Square and many other points of interest. The apartments are ...
very modern with steel appliances, (real) hard wood floors, granite counter tops, washer/dryer in unit, very large windows with views and one of the only apartment connected to a parking garage. Maintenance, Administrative and Security Staff are extremely friendly and prompt. The best amenity about the apartments, in my opinion, is the large rooftop with patio furniture and grill overlooking PNC Park, Downtown and the Rivers. It is a great common area to meet other residents or to just get away to relax. I have been here for two years now and will most likely stay for some time to come, there is not much out there that can compete. Hope this helps and happy hunting!

This building is nicely located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, close to Market Square, right on Penn Ave. with its excellent selection of restaurants, and a 15 min walk away from PNC Park and the Andy Warhol Museum. The apartments towards the river side have beautiful views. The landlord (PMC Property Management) is excellent and very accomodating.
