Solid Studio - Beware of Cons

Lived here as my first studio and it has been a pleasant experience but there are some concerns to be aware of Pros: - feels safe, has a gate and front door you can access via app or code - management responds to maintenance requests quickly - Amazon lockers inside - front facing units have amazing natural light and view - amazing location, right by the 6, 55, 28, and 15 bus stops - quiet neighborhood - quick access to the lake - two parks nearby - two corner stores - 24 hour Walgreens one ...

block away Cons: - building has roaches (pest control sprays monthly) - $4 per wash and $4 per dry in laundry facility - renovations include the landlord special - only appliance is a fridge - no microwave, dishwasher, nor garbage disposal - more expensive than it’s worth
