Awful Experience
January 12, 2021My mom was in independent living for about 8 years. She was on the first floor. Not a month went by without the plumbing backing up or a leak in the shower. The rent went up exponentially, services never improved. It is an old building with mostly uncaring staff. She moved to memory care and services became worse. Feeding, bathing, med management all appalling. We moved her out and she did much better in a residential care home. We waited much too long... I would never recommend PL to anyone.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2020Oh my goodness, this place is amazing!!! Was visiting a friend at the Park Lane and was fortunate that I came at dinner time, had the most amazing Salmon! I could have sworn I was at a 5 star restaurant, the food was amazing, the plating was gorgeous and the service impeccably! After dinner we went to the Vista Lounge and I must say it has to be one of the most beautiful views in the Monterey area! The lounge itself was gorgeous, I am so happy my friend found an amazing place to call home. ...She is so happy with her apartment and all the amenities.Property Manager Responded
