It’s a terrible place

The building is not very old, but something always breaks here. If you are going to live here, get ready for constant hot water outages, faulty electricity and constant noise and frequent smell of garbage due to a broken garbage chute. The manager does absolutely nothing for a comfortable life here.

Would not recommend this place at all. Move-in was an absolute disaster. The apartment was filthy and the manager was attempting to clean it as I was moving my things in. They also assigned me the wrong parking spot for my unit so my car got towed from their lot by mistake. A very stressful situation that should have never happened if only they were more organized. The building is average. We’ve gone through new office people pretty much every month and none of them have a clue what’s going on. ...

The hot water goes out, and they take their sweet time getting it fixed as if it isn’t a serious issue. They tell you it’ll be ready by one time then push it back. The floors are paper thin, so when I had new people move in above me and they were obnoxiously loud, and the building did nothing about it and ignored my email of my concerns, I knew for sure I was moving out. They definitely do not care about their good tenants, they just want money from whoever they can get to move in. Do not be fooled by this place.

the apartment building is a trap hole. They have no maintenance, no manager and its a mess here. They take your money and offer the lowest quality of service. I wouldn't even rent this place to my worst enemy.

This community is far from luxury. The appliances in the unit are the lowest quality and grade. The washer and dryer is cheap and barley works. The property has no manager EVER. The staff is moved and fired almost every month. Every time you visit the office its a new staff member who has no idea on what is happing or how the community functions. It is a awful and low quality place to live. TRUST me don't even tour.

Bad Plumbing and Maintenance is a pain

I had to deal with bathroom leakage more than twice and then it got into my bedroom AND closet. Also, scheduling maintenance to come around on your schedule is a hassle
