Excellent location and great communication
September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comYou couldn't ask for a better place to have an apartment complex: walking distance to a wide variety of stores (BestBuy, Babies-R-Us, Aaron Brothers, Starbucks, and more), 30 seconds or less to either the 125 or 8, and just around the corner from Grossmont Center with the nice theater, Barnes & Noble, Target, Panera, and so much more. It's been the perfect place for our family. And being pet friendly, that's the cherry on top. Management has been very helpful, going out of their way to provide ...us with what we needed. While I wish there was some extra outdoor space for the kids to utilize, and a couple more washers and dryers in the laundry room, it's not a large complex which keeps things quiet in general.Read More

August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived in an apartment owned by Sunwest Management for a year. The location in La Mesa is great. Close to the mall and trolley line. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and our neighbors are friendly. The management is a little slow in responding to calls for repairs, but otherwise we have had no issues or complaints. We pay $1650 for a three bedroom, 2 bath apartment which is pretty average for the area.
